Word of the Town provides tools to help local businesses collect and manage customer reviews. We send review requests on your behalf via SMS and email.
You are responsible for the customers you contact through our service and for complying with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations. You may only request reviews from customers you have an existing business relationship with.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Word of the Town and TaskBeaver LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
